Our 37th annual equipment exhibit

                  For the second year we will be having evening exhibit hours on the first day

Tentative Schedule:

Monday, October 20
• Setup hours: 9am to 3pm (aisles must be clear by 3pm)
• Exhibit hours: 5pm to 8pm
• Reception: 5pm to 8pm

Tuesday, October 21
• Breakfast
• Technical papers begin at 9am
• Exhibits hours 9am to 5pm
• Tear down 5pm (please welcome late comers up till the advertised closing time)

Booth space will be assigned on a first come first served basis, based on the postmark of the returned paid applications. (deadline Sept. 1, 2008) We will mail you confirmed booth reservations and a complete exhibit kit after receipt of payment. Included in the price is 10 x 10 feet of space with pipe and drape, a six foot skirted table, two chairs, one 120 volt 20amp electric outlet and one waste basket. For any additional needs not on the ExpoMart service order contact Joann Garvin at 724-843-7501. All equipment and set up must remain within your booth area – all aisles must remain clear after 3pm on set-up day.
